Back in the late 90’s I was looking for something new to do with my creative abilities. I love to draw, I’ve done many, many drawings and paintings. Especially of my home town Pleasanton, CA. But I wanted to showcase my work a little bit differently than everyone else. Inspiration grabbed me one day (it always will if you are listening) and the vision was my drawings of the many historic and charming buildings on Main Street, here in Pleasanton. Instead of framing them, laminate them to a block of wood and cut them out. Creating a whole line of cute collectible buildings. I started with 3 and now there over 120 buildings. Most of them are from nearby towns. I’ve done Clint Eastwood’s Mission Ranch in Carmel. President Reagan’s Ranch in Santa Barbara. And some San Francisco buildings.
